Temporary Permits

Temporary permits allow you to study, work, or visit Canada for a pre-determined amount of time. There are a variety of factors to consider for each permit, but each temporary permit require proof that: you have enough money to support yourself and pay for any necessities (housing, food, and other applicable expenses like tuition), that you are in good health (in some cases a medical exam will be required) and that you are in good standing with the law.

The STUDENT DIRECT STREAM is a study permit option for those in specific countries. With a expedited processing time of only a month, it is the best option if you are looking to study in Canada and are a residents of one or more of the following countries:

● Antigua and Barbuda

● Brazil

● China

● Colombia

● Costa Rica

● India

● Morocco

● Peru

● Philippines

● Senegal

● Saint Vincent and the Grenadines

● Trinidad and Tobago

● Vietnam

● Pakistan

Rate: $750-$1500 (depending on the type of application).

Post-Graduate Work Permit

If you've attended a Canadian Designated Learning Insitution for a minimum of 8 months you may be elegible for a post-graduate work permit.

If eligible, you are granted an open work permit for the same amount of time you studied— or more!

You have 180 days after you finish your program to apply, and must have maintained all the conditions of your study permit.

Family/Spousal Sponsorship

If you are a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident, there are many options to sponsor your spouse, common-law partner, parents, children and in some case other family members to come live with you in Canada.

There are many different elegibity criteria depending on who you want to sponsor and how many family members you want to sponsor.

Sponsored family members must be elegible to come to Canada, and you must be prepared to undertake responsibility for them and any costs associated with them being in Canada.

Canadian Experience Class

This application is for anyone who is a skilled work, already has Canadian work experience and wants to become a permanent resident.

You must have at least 1 year of skilled work experience in Canada, within the past 3 years, before you apply. This is 1560 hours of work experience, you can work one full-time job or as many part-time jobs to meet this requirement.

All of this work must have been completed while being valid to work in Canada in order for it to qualify.

Is an economic immigration program administered by the Government of British Columbia’s Immigration Programs Branch.

The BC PNP, B.C. nominates applicants who help address the province’s unique labour market needs and contribute to economic development.

B.C. is allocated a set number of nominations each year. Strategic priorities and initiatives help to ensure that the BC PNP is most effectively administered in a way that it remains aligned with the StrongerBC Economic Plan while maintaining program integrity and supporting qualified applicants for success.

The Province monitors and evaluates the BC PNP to ensure it is aligned with recovery efforts to support stronger, more resilient communities in BC.

Permit Extensions or Change of Status

If you permit is about to expire, or if you're looking to change your status (ie: from temporay resident to student, etc...), we can help.

Rate: $500-1500 depending on the type of extension/change

Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA)

Are you looking to hire foreign workers? This document is often required in order to sponsor any foreign national to work in Canada.

A positive LMIA will show that there is a need for a foreign worker to fill the job, it will also show that no Canadian worker or permenent resident is available to do the job. A positive LMIA is sometimes called a confirmation letter.

(If you have a job offer: Your employer must apply for, and receive, an LMIA before your work permit applicaiton can start.)

How do we calculate our prices?

All of the rates listed above are our flat-rate prices based on how long it take to complete an average applicaiton. These may increase if your application will require more hours to complete than usual — ie. if you have ever been found inadmissible, multiple family members on your applicaiton, etc...

We will always discuss this with you beforehand during your consultation.

They do not include any additonal fees (ie: government fees, biometics, etc..) associated with your applicaiton.

We offer a variety of different payment options; We will work with you to customize a plan that suits your individual needs.
